Every roadblock we hit in trying to get in a new car he helped work us through no matter what it was! Moe got us into our Ford Explorer just in time for the snowstorm even staying past closing time to make sure we were able to be mobile by the time we left his office! My husband and I recommend FastLane Automart inc. to any and everyone who has ever had a hard time at a dealer trying to get approved or who has ever felt uncomfortable at the dealerships because at FastLane they step into your shoes and make you feel like they truly understand your situation. 10/10 for customer service, and efficiency! They gave me extra time to come up with a part of my down payment and still got to take my car home that same day. I have poor credit and Mo still gave me a really good monthly payment. I purchased a vehicle approximately three years ago and I still have my vehicle without having to do any work to it with the exception of oil changes, tune up and minor things. Shadi, and Moe are excellent and really care about their customers. I have witnessed them not only with me, however with other customers as well go over and beyond. Mechanics are awesome as well if you have any problems however I seriously doubt it. Shadi is on top of it unlike other dealers who just send you off pissed because they say " As is". Not at Fastlane. Shadi and Moe frown upon customers being unhappy and go out of their way to satisfy customers even if it's a financial lost to them, I affirm that!!! I still stop by to say hi from time to time because I have never experienced the level of service they provide at any other car dealerships and I've been to plenty!!! I plan on purchasing another vehicle from Fastlane and giving my other vehicle to my son!! They are that reasonable!!They have excellent good running cars and Shadi the owner make sure of that!!! You will get a excellent good running vehicle and at a more than reasonable price!!! The only car dealership I will highly recommend anyone to go to and the only one I'm interested in doing business with.. You must do business with those who have your best interest and Fastlane is there for their customers and have a vested interest in a happy customer!! I'm one of those happy customers !! Even after three years!!! Looking to purchase a excellent running and affordable vehicle go see Shadi and Moe at Fastlane! You will not be disappointed!!!

This probably won’t read like a typical car dealer review… and that’s exactly the point.My partner and I were in Cleveland for my GI surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, about two hours from home. In between pre-op appointments, our 2004 Volvo suffered what appeared to be a catastrophic failure, likely a timing chain at the end of its life.That Volvo had actually come to us through a trade with a mission in our hometown. We had donated some masonry work and they gave us the car in exchange. Because it came from Florida we gladly accepted it, and honestly, that car turned out to be a blessing. It gave us safe transportation back and forth to Cleveland Clinic for several years.So when the car finally gave out while we were in Cleveland, we ended up at Fastlane Automart.Yes, we did purchase a nice car, and the team at Fastlane also helped us secure a loan for the remaining balance at a great interest rate. They even took the Volvo off our hands and absorbed the cost of dealing with it so we didn’t have to worry about disposing of a broken vehicle while we were in the middle of medical appointments.But the human side of the experience is really what stood out to me.Mo and my partner ended up having a fun conversation about our adventurous trip and bits of life while I was quietly surveying the room. That’s when I noticed something unusual… footprints on the wall.My casual comment about them turned into a funny and unexpectedly revealing conversation. It turns out those footprints are the owner’s. Apparently when things get stressful, he ends up pacing and bracing himself against the wall while working through problems. As a fellow business owner, I understand how difficult it can be to balance customer expectations while also trying to keep a business afloat.But I don’t think of those footprints as stress… I think of them as anxiety in the best sense of the word. To me, anxiety often comes from caring deeply and wanting to do things right.That care showed itself again when I overheard a conversation where he had apparently been assigned “traffic police” duty for a relative learning to drive… I won’t reveal too much for risk getting anyone in trouble at home, lol.The funniest moment came when the footprints were pointed out to him. The look of surprise on his face still makes me chuckle. Apparently his wife notices them every time she walks in and just shakes her head, but it was like he was seeing them for the first time.Honestly, I don’t think those footprints should ever be wiped away. They should be framed. They represent something important… the care, the responsibility, and the integrity that come with running a business and trying to do right by people.Yes, we bought a car. Yes, they helped us with financing. Yes, they even took care of a broken vehicle so we didn’t have to worry about it during a stressful medical trip.But what I will remember most is meeting people who clearly care about the work they do and the people they serve.Thank you to EVERYONE at Fastlane Automart for turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a moment of kindness and humanity. It meant more than you probably realize.
